THOUGHT FIELD
THERAPY

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a type of psychological treatment developed by Dr. Roger Callahan in the 1980s. It involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on particular thoughts or emotions related to psychological distress in order to release the effect of them from the system. The method is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and the idea that disruptions in the body's energy system can cause emotional and psychological problems, as well as affect physical systems.

Easy and Comfortable

My thermogram was easy and not uncomfortable at all. The staff was very clear on what I was to do prior to the appointment, how to dress, and directions to the office. I had a phone consult with the doctor and she explained everything on the scan and gave me direction on how to address everything that required attention. Amazing. Thank you.
